txtNation offer two specific support streams

1. Consumer (End User) - Enquires concerning charges to your mobile phone, Land Line or Credit Card, and applications or services supplied to a mobile phone.

The most effective method to contact Consumer (End User) Support is to provide details via Consumer Support

Alternatively you may telephone one of our local numbers and provide details of your enquiry. One of our support staff will then investigate the details of your enquiry, and provide a solution where possible, or further information and contact details where necessary.

2. Client (Businesses or Individuals who have a txtNation contract) - Where txtNation are directly providing product or service under the terms of a contract agreement.

The most effective method to contact Client Support is to provide details via Client Support Tickets.
